• Contact after hours phone number/s – if available
• Diver certification level, number of dives/last dive
• Hire Equipment needed
• Credit card number and expiry date payment can be made on the day. Credit cards, Eftpos cards and cash excepted.

Cancellation Policy

There may be times when weather, swell, wind and/or sea conditions may force us to cancel a trip. Cathedral Cove Dive reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip to ensure the safety of clients, staff and equipment. If in doubt or you are coming from out of town, feel free to call us on the morning of the trip to confrim that the scheduled trip is running

All Scuba Diver cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to meet time of trip, otherwise the full trip price may be charged. Snorkelers on the boat trip must give us at least 24 hours notice prior to trip time please. If personal health conditions do not allow a dive, Cathedral Cove Dive may offer alternate dates if available.

Seasickness, inability to equalise, weather conditions, and personal health conditions are not premises for refund.
